These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pawsaic.us (the "Store"), operated by Pawsaic ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from the Store, you agree to these Terms.

Products

We sell modular carpet tiles and related products for pet-friendly homes. We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, dimensions, and materials accurately. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Product specifications (size, materials, backing, care) are listed on each product page.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping and taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud). If we decline after charging you, we will refund you in full.

Shipping

Shipping times, rates, and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. Please make sure your address is correct before completing checkout.

Returns and warranty

Returns, exchanges, and our manufacturing-defect warranty are described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Product images and copy on this site are our intellectual property; you may not reproduce them for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawsaic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
